We are committed to providing the highest quality pet medications and the best customer service anywhere. All of our products are backed by our 30 day no hassle return policy.  We are happy to accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of your purchase. 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE DAMAGED?
If you receive your package and it is broken please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the post office or FedEx to get a shipping reimbursement for you.  

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

Please email us at support@fishmoxdirect.com to authorize your return.  Once you receive your return authorization number you can return the items back to us and once we receive it we will refund you for the items returned.

Items returned opened or damaged may not be refunded or may incur a restocking fee. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping.  If you receive your order and it is damaged  your purchase will be refunded or replaced according to the appropriate manufacturer warranty.

Please allow 4-5 days for processing once we have received your return.

STEPS TO REMEMBER

1. Immediately open and inspect your order to make sure that it is in good condition (If your order is received broken you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to be reimbursed).
2. If your products are broken contact us immediately
3. Write down details and condition of the package, such as the following items:
-Condition and appearance of the shipping box
-Description about how the order was packaged
-Where and how the product was broken

Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser in accordance with the original method of payment. Please allow 4-5 days for processing.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
It is the responsibility of the customer who places the order with us to make sure that the products ordered are in accordance with your local laws and regulations in your country. By ordering with us customer is accepting responsibility for any products ordered and is responsible for making sure that products are in accordance with their local laws and regulations. If any products are refused in customs or lost in transit for international orders a refund will not be issued.
